Nehaverse が運営する Discord Bot「Voice Management」（discord_voice）および関連 Web ダッシュボードでのデータの取り扱いを説明します。

取得・保存する情報

メッセージリンクの埋め込み表示機能は、リンク先のメッセージ本文や添付画像を処理する場合があります。この機能のためにメッセージ本文を通話履歴データベースへ保存することはありません。

利用目的と表示範囲

通話時間・参加回数の集計、ランキング、レポート、通話時間に応じたロール管理、サーバー管理者向け設定、Web ダッシュボードの認証に利用します。トップページの公開統計は合計値を表示します。個人別の記録は Bot のコマンドや、権限を確認したダッシュボードで表示される場合があります。

保存先と第三者への提供

記録と設定は Discord の外部にある運営者のデータベースに保存します。サービス提供に必要な範囲で Discord、Web 配信に Cloudflare を利用します。個人データを広告目的で販売することはありません。

保存期間と削除

Web ログインセッションは原則24時間で失効します。通話集計はサーバー管理者によるリセット機能で削除できるものがあります。詳細な通話履歴には一律の自動削除期限を設けていません。記録の削除を希望する場合は、下記のサポート窓口にご連絡ください。対象の確認後、対応可能な範囲と方法をご案内します。

安全管理

ダッシュボードでは Discord ログインとサーバー所属・管理権限を確認します。ログイン Cookie は HttpOnly、Secure、SameSite 属性を付けて発行します。運営上必要なアクセスに限定してデータを扱います。

お問い合わせ

データの確認・削除依頼や本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、Voice Management サポートサーバーからご連絡ください。ユーザー ID などの個人情報は公開チャンネルに投稿しないでください。

Nehaverse operates the Voice Management Discord bot (discord_voice) and its web dashboard.

Data we use

We use Discord server and user IDs, display names, member and role information, voice channel IDs and names, voice join/leave/move times, total voice duration, and join counts. Server settings are also stored. If you sign in to the dashboard with Discord, we store your Discord user ID, display name, avatar, server list, and a login session. The message-link preview feature may process linked message text and images, but does not store message text in the voice history database.

Purpose and access

We use this data for voice statistics, rankings, reports, voice-time roles, server settings, and dashboard authentication. The public homepage displays aggregate statistics. Individual records may appear in bot commands and permission-checked dashboard views.

Storage, retention, and requests

Records and settings are stored in an operator-managed database outside Discord. We use Discord to provide bot and sign-in features and Cloudflare to deliver the website. We do not sell personal data for advertising. Dashboard sessions normally expire after 24 hours. Some voice aggregates can be cleared by server administrators. Detailed voice sessions have no fixed automatic deletion period. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us through the Voice Management support server. Please do not post personal information in public channels.

Security and updates

Dashboard access checks Discord sign-in, server membership, and permissions. Login cookies use HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite attributes. We will update this page and its date when our data practices change.
